Googik Heritage Trail

The Googik Heritage Trail is a joint project between Port Macquarie-Hastings Council and National Parks and Wildlife Service that once completed will stretch for more than seven kilometres linking Port Macquarie's CBD to the township of Lake Cathie and provide a safe, inland pathway connecting major infrastructure and residential areas such as Lake Innes, St Columba Anglica School, the new Charles Sturt University campus, TAFE, and the base hospital with the CBD. Bike or stroll alongside kangaroos, deers and birdlife on this magnificent nature trail. Keen walkers, cyclists and families alike can all enjoy the historical and natural wonders the Googik Heritage Trail has to offer.
