Stages 2 and 3 (Years 3 - 5)

Curriculum

Mathematics includes number, measurement, space, working mathematically, patterns and algebra.

English includes reading, writing, talking, listening, spelling, handwriting and language.

Science and Technology has an emphasis on investigating, designing and making as well as problem solving using technology.

Computing forms a component of the Science and Technology Syllabus.

Human Society and Its Environment (HSIE) seeks to encourage a deeper appreciation of history, languages, societies and cultures.

Languages other than English (LOTE). Students study a range of modern languages. French is taught from Kindergarten onwards.

Visual Arts, Music, Dance and Drama are taught in specialist facilities to support the program. A large portion of students learn a musical instrument and there are many bands, ensembles and choirs.

Christian Studies includes Biblical studies, ethics and comparative religion.

Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) includes sport, games and health studies.
