Scholarships@SCAS for 2010 – Application packages available after May 1 2009
SCAS is pleased to continue its tradition of awarding Scholarships that provide a generous remission of Academic fees. Each year we acknowledge outstanding ability and or potential and attract students who support & contribute to the School.
Scholarships are offered for students entering Years 7, 9 and 11 and are keenly prized.
Academic Scholarships are offered on the basis of results achieved in an external examination in June and an interview before a selection panel.
Music Scholarships are awarded on basis of results achieved in an external examination in June at SCAS, an interview and an audition before a selection panel. Scholarship recipients are expected to play a full part in the musical life of the School during their time at SCAS.
Freshstart Scholarships are awarded to students new to SCAS on the basis of current academic achievements, interview and a report from the candidates' current school. We are looking for students with a genuine sense of commitment to one or more extra-curricular activity. The successful students will bring a special enthusiasm and interest to the School.
