ANTIGONE FABRIC DRIVE – Do you have mountains of unused fabric at home? Or even a few metres? Do you have access to remnant fabrics to purchase at little cost? We’re looking for fabric from which to make chitons (similar to togas) for the show. We need to make at least 40 chitons, each consisting of a little over 3 metres of fabric. Ideally, we’re after white or cream fabrics that are lightweight and fall gently in folds. But patterned fabrics and some colours (especially pale yellow, blue and green) are good too. Whatever the fabric, unless it’s covered in Bratz or Sesame Street characters, we’ll probably find a use for it! Please contact Mrs Hall or Miss Young at the school if you can help.
