Enrolment Application Process

Choosing a school for your child is a significant decision. We trust our enrolment procedures are straightforward and will help you in taking this important step. The links below provide details to assist you in the enrolment process.

Enrolment Application Process
Families need to register an Application for Enrolment with the school by completing an Enrolment Form (one per child). An application fee is to accompany the application. Application forms are processed and the family will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient interview time with the School Principal or delegated executive member of staff. These interviews are conducted during Term I and II of the year prior to enrolment. At the interview the school ethos, uniform and discipline codes are discussed, along with various other programs offered by the school. The child’s interests as well as medical needs are also discussed. At the conclusion of the interview the Principal or delegated staff member may indicate that a place is available at the school if they judge that the family is supportive of the ethos, codes and programs offered by the school.

A Letter of Offer and Acceptance of Offer contract along with other relevant paperwork is sent to the family for acceptance and signatures. Once completed, the family returns all paperwork required along with the Enrolment Acceptance fee which is required to retain a place for the child at the school. During Term IV there will be an opportunity for students and their parents or caregivers to attend orientation sessions to prepare them for commencement the following year.
