Vaccination Clinic

The Year 7 Vaccination clinic will be held on Wednesday, 6 May.

Before the day:

• Ask your parent/carer to complete the online consent form at https://engage.health.nsw.gov.au/engage
  • To complete online consent, parents/carers will need their Service NSW Login details and Medicare details for themselves and their child. 
• Need a paper form? Ask the Secondary or First Aid office.

 On the day (6 May):

• Start with a good breakfast and drink plenty of water.
• Wear your sports uniform.
• Stay calm and let your teacher or the nurse know if you feel unwell or nervous.

Important: If you miss the date, don’t worry! You can catch up at a future clinic, your GP, or your local pharmacy – free of charge. If you have any questions about the NSW School Vaccination Program in your area, contact your local public health unit (PHU) by calling 1300 066 055
