Vaccination Clinic

Get ready for your school vaccinations on Monday, August 26 .

Before the day:

• Ask your parent/carer to complete the online consent form at https://engage.health.nsw.gov.au/engage
• Need a paper form? Ask your school office.
  
  

 On the day (Tuesday August 26):

• Start with a good breakfast and drink plenty of water.
• Wear your sports uniform.
• Stay calm and let your teacher or the nurse know if you feel unwell or nervous.

The Vaccinations offered on the day are: 

Year 10 Vaccinations Meningococcal ACWY vaccine (1 dose).

The following catch-up vaccinations will also be offered:

• Year 11-12 Meningococcal ACWY (catch up) (1 dose)
• Year 8-9 HPV (catch up) (1 dose) 
• Boostrix (catch up) (1 dose)

Important: If you miss the date, don’t worry! You can catch up at a future clinic, your GP, or your local pharmacy – free of charge. If you have any questions about the NSW School Vaccination Program in your area, contact your local public health unit (PHU) by calling 1300 066 055
